Hotel Reservations at our discounted rate can be accepted no later than Friday, January 5, 2024 or until capacity is reached, whichever comes first.
Registration Cancelation Policy: Cancelations must be received in writing to NTTC's Kris Trivedi at [email protected]. For cancelations received before Monday, January 8th, 2024, a full refund will be provided. For cancelations received between Monday, January 8th and Wednesday, January 24th, a 50% refund will be provided. No refunds will be provided after Wednesday, January 24th, 2024.
How to Register a Spouse/Family Member
- Log in and register yourself, make sure to select the registration option "2024 Executive Forum Registration". Add any program items to your record as well.
- Select the option "Add a guest" and enter all relevant guest information, Be sure to include the company name so you can access pricing
- Once you save your guests information, be sure to select the name of your guest and select registration option "2024 Executive Forum Spouse/Family Member Registration" or the appropriate youth registration rate. Add any relevant program items
- If you have multiple guests repeat steps 2 and 3 for each guest
- Once you have added your guests and any relevant program items, click "proceed to check out"
