 2023 Annual Conference Pricing 

On-Site Registration Rates can be purchased either online or at the registration desk.  One day passes are also available for purchase at the registration desk only.

The NTTC Group Block is now closed and the discounted group rate is no longer available. Rooms may still be available at the resort’s prevailing rate. Please reach out to the hotel directly to inquire about booking rooms at their current standard rate by calling the hotel directly at 857-770-7110 or you may book online by going to the hotel’s website at Boston Luxury Hotel Resort & Casino | Encore Boston Harbor.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected].  For cancellations received by Monday, February 20, 2023 a full refund will be given minus a $100 administrative fee.  For cancellations received between Monday, February 20, and Friday March 31, 2023 a 50% refund will be given.  No refunds will be given after Friday, March 31, 2023.

How to Register a Guest

1. Log in and register yourself first, make sure to select the registration option "2023 Annual Conference Attendee Registration".  Add any program items to your record as well.
2. Select the option "Add a guest" and enter all relevant guest information, Be sure to include the company name so you can access pricing
3. Once you save your guests information, be sure to select the name of your guest and select registration option "2023 Annual Conference Guest Registration".  Add any relevant program items to your record
4. If you have multiple guests repeat steps 2 and 3 for each guest
5. Once you have added your guests and any relevant program items, click "proceed to check out"
